♥ friend or foe?

been on this project for quite some time now. didn't really enjoy the whole thing mainly because of the stress. although its like 4 people in a team, only "2" of the people doing it? let me count myself as 0.5 cause i also know i didn't do much for the past few reports. so lets count me and another team member as 1 due to our effort and the leader as another 1. so total only 3 did manage to put in a significant effort into it. while 1 more, didn't put in at all. so far, we did 3 reports including the current one and excluding the 1 individual report. i only remember me doing a section of report 1 and report 2. the other team member did something similar and the leader did most of the thing. its only the last team member that didn't put in any significant effort towards the report. during the holidays, when we tried asking to come out to discuss, he would give excuses like he will be away or he isn't free. i don't really know how to settle this...
